I get irritable. I get disconnected. I don’t think clearly.
Life pushes us at speed.
Penny likes to run.
Clears her mind. That does it for her.
What does it for you?

Book it in.
It’s not smart to constantly apply pressure.
You can snap.
In tiny, irritable day to day ways.
Or in BIG, lose your life and family ways.
Pace yourself. Love yourself. Look after yourself.
If you find it hard to do.
It’s likely others do too.
Give them space to pause.
You’ve got important work to do.
And we need you at your best.
